To foster, promote, celebrate, and rally support around a shared vision of the socio-ecological transition<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Transition en Commun was founded in November 2022 out of a desire to bring together citizen groups, civil society organizations, and institutions in order to break down barriers between social and climate action and develop collective solutions tailored to Montreal\u2019s diverse realities<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
