Recognizing the essential role that these initiatives must play in the fight against climate change, the Partenariat Climat Montr\u00e9al wanted to document them in order to identify the factors that facilitate their emergence and sustainability, as well as the obstacles they encounter.<br \/>\nA survey of six existing or past initiatives helped identify the challenges that hinder and the levers that support the initiatives. The report also presents a series of recommendations aimed at external players &#8211; public administrations, territorial organizations, financial backers &#8211; as well as advice for citizens wishing to launch a social-ecological transition project in their community.  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"smaller\">REPORT<\/h2>\n<p><em><strong>Citizen transition initiatives in Montreal.
